Please note that perishable items such as Saffron or Desi Ghee and opened or used health-related products (like Moringa capsules or Shilajit) are not eligible for returns due to safety and hygiene concerns.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
3. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the returned product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
