How long does nationwide delivery take?
Orders for Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad/Rawalpindi are delivered within 24–48 hours. Other cities across Pakistan typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days via courier.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! 100% Cash on Delivery is supported in all cities, towns, and postal codes across Pakistan. You only pay when you receive and inspect your package.
Does Desi Ghee need to be refrigerated?
No. True pure Desi Ghee contains zero water moisture, which prevents bacterial growth. It stays completely fresh at room temperature for up to 12 months. Just ensure only dry spoons are used.
How do I know the Sidr honey is 100% raw?
Our honey has never been pasteurized, ultra-filtered, or adulterated. It contains live pollens and naturally crystallizes during cold winter months, exactly as raw pure honey should.
What is your glass jar breakage policy?
We package every jar in multiple layers of bubble wrap and sturdy corrugated boxes. In the rare event of courier damage, simply send a photo on WhatsApp (+92 311 6084180), and we immediately dispatch a brand-new jar free of charge.
